An Afton Villa Gardens wedding is sure to be beautiful and for Ashley and Zac, it most definitely was! The weather was perfect and everyone was in the best spirits. These two aren’t local to Louisiana, though they currently live in Baton Rouge, so for the majority of their guests, this was a bit of a destination wedding. To ensure the best experience and to show them a little Southern hospitality, guests were greeted with a champagne bar upon arrival to the gardens then immediately following the ceremony was cocktail hour and then the reception where Heirloom Cuisine most pulled out all the stops with the most delicious food (as always). Though it was a “fall” wedding, the flowers were bright, cheerful and warm. They looked beautiful on the long, wooded farm tables at the reception. Being in the gardens is always so peaceful, i truly love this venue and being able to witness Ashley and Zac vow to love one another for a lifetime in an intimate ceremony at such a beautiful and peaceful place, was so special.
