I'm so pumped that you're allowing me the honor of being a part of that process with you. I can't tell you how that fills my heart! I've been blessed to plan over 300 weddings in 13 years but it is never lost on me that I get the privilege of witnessing so many couples pledge their love for one another.

We’ve structured our wedding services in a way that values the time and dedication we have for our couples as well as their personalized needs and expectations. With AAE, you’ll receive a very personalized experience. With 13 years of experience and over 300 weddings under our belt, we’ve fine-tuned our processes and packages to suit each individual bride’s needs.

Full Service
Our most popular package, full service is perfect for the bride looking for someone to take the lead from the beginning. By working together throughout the entire process, we are able to fully understand your needs, overall vision and expectations for your wedding day. This allows us to design and ensure that every detail of your wedding perfectly represents you and your fiancé. From floor plans, timelines, and vendor selection to the most personalized details that will make your wedding stand out, we will work with some of the industry's finest vendors to ensure every aspect of your wedding exceeds your expectations. You will be able to enjoy being engaged and focus on the marriage you'll have while we work to plan your perfect wedding.
Partial Planning
This package is for the bride who has already started planning their wedding but needs additional help to ensure nothing is missed. We begin with vendor recommendations curated to your budget and design style then we’ll move forward with design plans which includes assistance with florals and rentals as well as direct communication with your venue to determine the best layout. We’ll guide you through the process and serve as your trusted partner facilitating and executing the plans that you started. Partial Planning includes everything in our Event Management package from 60 days out.
Event Management
Our event management package is our take on the "day of" or "week of" packages. This package is ideal for the clients that want to plan their entire wedding, but also want to truly be present in the weeks before and on the day of their event. We will begin working together 60 days prior to the big day, review your plans, confirm final details with your vendors, create the wedding day timeline, and manage the rehearsal of your ceremony and wedding day with precision and expertise. We’ll take all of the details that you’ve thoughtfully planned and make your dream a reality.

Alyssa was hands down the best decision I could have made regarding my wedding. I got engaged and knew I wanted a short engagement (5 months). Within a week she had secured all vendors for us and set up meetings. It was seamless!

We had been dreaming of and praying for this day for so, so long so, when I first met Alyssa, I came to her with an overwhelming amount of inspiration, drawings, and pictures. She never appeared to be overwhelmed. She took every picture, asked what we liked about it, and made sure we chose vendors who could accomplish all that we were hoping for. She fought so hard in order to ensure that the day felt like ours.. and it did!
Less than three months before our wedding, we had to change reception venues, and, again, Alyssa handled it all with so so much grace - within 24 hours, she had every detail ironed out, switched, and ready to go.
I really truly do not know what we would have done without Alyssa! She is a talented coordinator with a heart of gold. We are so, so lucky to have had her with us for such a sweet and special time in our lives.
