A New Year’s Eve Wedding…… guys. DO IT! Seriously! I know so many brides that are hesitant to host a wedding on a holiday and normally, I would agree. However, not for a New Year’s Eve wedding! This wedding was so much fun!! It was beautiful and everyone was ready to have a great time that night. I can’t remember the last time I enjoyed people watching at a wedding so much.
Amy and Brock held their wedding ceremony at St. Pius Catholic Church in Lafayette. This church is so beautiful and it’s always a pleasure when we get to plan weddings here. Their wedding reception was held at Le Pavillon also in Lafayette. I absolutely loved helping Amy plan and design all this space. We focused on small details that were really personal to her and Brock (hello custom monogram), tall arrangements filled with lush greenery and accents of deep red flowers and arrangements placed throughout. We used her custom monogram on the two entrance mirrors and on a gobo light that shone above her lounge area. The main ballroom was filled with the beautiful arrangements and giants light up letters that spelled “LOVE”.
Of course, a New Year’s Eve wedding wouldn’t be complete without a countdown and OF COURSE, this was my absolute favorite part of the night. SO. FUN!!!
I’m QUITE a bit behind on blogging, but I’m still so excited to share their gallery with you!! Check out some of our favorite images.
